A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book corrective color and other color transformations over two hours. This is not an extra fee, this deposit will be applied to your total at checkout. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment, this deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to book another appointment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. Personal checks are accepted with management approval.
Prebooking your appointments in advance ensures that you get the stylist, service, and time that you prefer.
On-time arrivals ensure that we can complete your full service. We will try to accommodate late arrivals as much as possible, however, most late arrivals will need to be rescheduled. Chronic lateness and reschedules will be subject to a 50% charge on any missed appointments.
For new color clients, we require a $25 deposit in order to book your appointment. This is not an extra fee, the deposit is applied to your total at checkout. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will forfeit this deposit, and another deposit will be required to rebook.
Last minute cancellations hurt your stylist, as they are rarely able to fill an appointment time that they have saved for you on short notice. We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to your stylist. If you are unable to give at least 24 hours notice, our cancellation fee is equal to 50% of the services booked and must be paid before we are able to reschedule another appointment for you. Any deposits on color services will be forfeited in the event of a last minute cancellation or missed appointment.
Our goal is for you to love your hair! We are happy to make adjustments, but we ask that you call us within 7 days of your service for any changes you may need. We do not offer refunds on services.
We stand behind the products we offer and are happy to exchange unopened or gently used products that have been purchased in-salon. We do not offer refunds on products, and unfortunately cannot exchange products that are missing more that 1/4 of the original fill weight.
